Land plots in Batumi

Batumi is the capital of Adjara and Georgia's main resort, with an international airport. Free land in the city is scarce, so a plot here is first of all a site for a residential complex, hotel or aparthotel.

For such a plot the zoning and the K-1 and K-2 coefficients matter most: they define how many square metres can be built. We show them in the listing when they are known, check them against the Public Registry extract and help you assess the project before you buy.
